Aoife is driven to find ways for health, social and community services to better include people who are marginalised or excluded. Her early working life was spent serving people experiencing homelessness, addiction and domestic violence. Aoife views the neuropsychology behind TIP as the single most important thing that she didn’t know when working frontline. Aoife, COO of Quality Matters, has qualifications in Criminology, Social Care and Employment law. Her role in TIP is in management, research, development, training and implementation.
