Derek McDonnell is an award-winning social entrepreneur, who works as an organisational consultant, facilitator, and coach. Derek holds a B.Sc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an LL.M in Gender, Sexuality and Human Rights. He has qualifications in youth and community development, mental health, adult education and family and trauma therapy, and post-graduate training in leadership, coaching and organisational development. Derek has worked, nationally and internationally, with NGO’s, statutory organisations, UN agencies and private companies to innovate ways to help people and organisations to thrive.
