Aoife Dermody is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Quality Matters, a non profit organisation with a mission to support improved service provision for marginalised communities. In this role, Aoife co-founded and leads onl Trauma Informed Practice Ireland training and support programme. Aoife is an award-winning researcher, with a Masters in Criminology and BA in Social Care. Prior to her work in research, strategy and training Aoife spent ten years at the front line supporting people in homeless and addiction services in Ireland.
